It's that time again! On Saturday, July 5th, starting at 9 a.m., we will have our annual clean up event. Come on out and help keep our home looking nice and clean! The Association will provide the cleaning supplies, trash bags, gloves, shovels, rakes, brooms, ladders, etc. The only request the Ritz has is to bring yourself along with your ENTHUSIASM and a SMILE! Water and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided to those who assist in the clean up event.

2008/2009 Board of Directors

The Association would like to thank all the owners that cast their vote on Saturday, November 1st. The 2008/2009 Ritz Association Board of Directors are as follows: Carol A. Hartman President, Gordon Pherribo Jr. 1st Vice President, Steve Appelbaum 2nd Vice President, Richard Crimi Treasurer and Vu Con Secretary. The new meeting dates for 2008/2009 will be posted shortly under the Members Area. We welcome the owners to join the Board and Staff at these meetings so you may be well informed with up to date condominium news.
